Check out: 11:00 AM

  • Full Payment is due at check in.
  • NO REFUNDS for early departures.
  • Guests who cancel will forfeit the first night of their stay.
  • Cancellation policy is 48 hours notice required.  Otherwise the guest will be charged for the entirety of the stay.
  • Minimum check in age is 21.
  • Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
  • All Rooms are non-smoking.  Guests who smoke in the room will be charged a cleaning fee of $300.00
  • You will be responsible and charged for any damages to your room or furnishings during your stay.  this includes ruining or staining our towels or sheets.
  • NO PETS ALLOWED!!

Fees

  • Fee for lost keys is $15.00.
  • Cleaning fee of $300 for guests who smoke in the room.
  • All rates are subject of state and local taxes.
  • All rates are subject to change without notice.
